Roots&Wings Spring/Summer 2025 - April Sadhana

Enjoy this gentle Asana to warm up the body followed by the meditation breathing practices of Nadi Shodana, Anuloma Viloma and Ajapa Japa stage 1.

By doing this 40 minute practice 4-5 times per week consistently, you will be able to use this as a touch stone throughout your day. Whatever you’re doing, when you’re feeling your nervous system getting wrapped up, simply bring your mind to breathing in through your left nostril, out through the right, with the mantra So-Ham, without anyone even noticing what you’re doing! You will tap into the same feeling you experienced during this practice.
